We are an independent, consulting company specializing in the optimal setup of business solutions, focused on renewable energy, energy optimization, electricity networks (TSO, DSO) and related services.

Vladimir’s key competences lay in the field of finance and modern energy technolo¬gies. During 32 years of leading international teams on energy projects in diverse organiza¬tions (ABB, EdF, Slovak nuclear company) and countries (Slovakia, Czechia, France, Romania, Georgia, Albania) gained the ability to man¬age and motivate large and complex teams of experts. His in-depth knowledge of techni¬cal, environmental, and financial interdepen-dences allows him to efficiently drive projects to their successful completion.
Martin Bella, MSc
PARTNER
Martin’s area of competence covers assessment of regulatory frameworks and reforms, analysis of project economics and risks, and management of change in the energy sector. With 28 years of professional experience in the area of regulation, energy efficiency, renewables, energy storage and network operations, Martin utilizes his extensive expertise in defining, optimizing and implementing sound business models and strategies, maximizing their value by reflecting stakeholders’ interests along the dynamically changing technology, commercial, environmental and regulatory dimensions, both in Slovakia, as well, as internationally.
Branislav Feješ
Branislav boasts 28 years of expertise in the construction of energy infrastructure and util¬ity networks, serving as a site manager. He has also played a pivotal role in projects involving the development of office buildings, shop¬ping centers, and residential complexes, where he has acted as the investor’s representative, overseeing disciplines such as heating and cooling, ventilation and air conditioning, water and sewage systems, and gas distribution net¬works. His contributions span the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design and project documentation to the preparatory and execu¬tion phases, including commissioning. In the operational phase of these facilities, he excels in optimizing the processes related to energy production and distribution.
